Shipping & Handling

We arrange shipping based on product type, stock location, order quantity, destination, and shipping method.

Stock Locations

Selected ready-stock empty disposable vape pens items may be available from overseas warehouse support in the USA, UK, and Europe. Other orders may be prepared through our production-side supply network in China depending on stock status and project requirements.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, we prepare the order according to stock availability, packing requirements, and shipment arrangement. Processing time may vary between ready-stock orders and custom orders.

Estimated Delivery

For Disposable empty vape pens stock items, delivery is usually about 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery time for other orders depends on the product, order quantity, destination, and shipping method.

Carriers

We commonly work with UPS, FedEx, DHL,DPD, and other suitable logistics partners depending on the destination and shipment plan.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or related charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise confirmed in writing before shipment.

Shipping Delays

Delivery schedules may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our direct control. If any shipping issue occurs, please contact our team and we will assist with follow-up.
